"While driving home from work a piece of metal from a vehicle in from of flew off and struck my tire and I immediately had a flat. I called road side assistance and was unable to complete the link they sent me. So I called State Farm, my insurance carrier and Kendrick answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and he called called roadside assistance and completed the request. Mind you it was closing time for him. He let me know that assistance was on the way and wanted to know if I was in a safe spot. After a few minutes he called back to do a check on me and see if they had arrived which they they had not. He called a 2nd time just as they arrived. He later called after I gotten home to ensure I made it home safely and the next day. This called GOING BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY on his on time. I have never spoken or seen him before Thank you for GREAT customer serve"
